REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ADVERTISING SALES ASSISTANCE

The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) is requesting proposals for Advertising Sales Assistance for SRTA vehicles and real property.

The SRTA is responsible for public transit services in ten (10) communities within the Southeastern Massachusetts region, and is funded with Federal, State and local subsidies, as well as fare box revenue. The SRTA was created pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 161B.  In accordance with MGL Chapter 161B, SRTA has contracted transit operations to South Coast Transit Management (SCTM).  The advertising contractor will work under the direction of the Administrator of the SRTA and the General Manager of South Coast Transit Management Inc.  The SRTA is a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts operating under MGL Chapter 161B.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

FOR NEW BEDFORD TERMINAL RELOCATION

The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) is requesting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services to assess the existing SRTA New Bedford Terminal and provide facility recommendations based on the current and future needs for the SRTA.

The SRTA is responsible for public transit services in ten (10) communities within the Southeastern Massachusetts region, and is funded with Federal, State and local subsidies, as well as fare box revenue. The SRTA was created pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 161B. The consultant will work under the direction of the Administrator of the SRTA and the General Manager of South Coast Transit Management Inc. The SRTA is required to comply with the mandates of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as are the entities with which it contracts for transit.

The SRTA is a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts operating under MGL Chapter 161B.

SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY (SRTA)
REQUEST FOR QUOTES RFQ) FOR AUDIT

The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA) is a component unit of MassDOT, is subject to Federal Single Audit
and Massachusetts Comptroller and Department of Transportation requirements. Qualified accountants/audit firms are to
submit responses with yearly price quotes for a five year annually renewable audit contract.

The Authority should have an auditor in place for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 by March 3, 2018.
All deliverables required for full response to this RFQ are listed on page 2.
The Audit must be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and
the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of
the United States, and the provisions of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133: “Audits of State and Local
Government”.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit responses and will not be subject to discrimination. The
successful accountant/audit firm will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and
regulations and all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act in employment and in the provision of services.

INVITES PROPOSALS FOR THE TRANSIT MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES
RFP SRTA 2016 – 05

The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to
provide an array of Intelligent Transportation Systems collectively called the Transit
Management Technology (TMT) Project at the noted location until 2:00 p.m. on May 16, 2016 at
Office of the SRTA, 700 Pleasant Street, 3rd
Floor, New Bedford, Massachusetts, 02740.

The SRTA has contracted with IBI Group to guide it through its procurement, installation, and
implementation of technologies improving the operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, security,
marketing, customer service and satisfaction of its fixed route and demand response transit
services.

A copy of the RFP to be used will be available starting on April 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Please email
a request for the documents to MaryEllen DeFrias mdefrias@srtabus.com.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Any responses to questions or
amendments will be made available on the website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to check

Transit Management Technologies-Consultant RFP 16-03
The Southeastern Regional Transit Authority will receive bids for Transit Management Technologies-Consultant RFP 16-03 at the noted location until 2:00 p.m. on January 19, 2016 at the office of the Southeastern Regional Transit Authority, 700 Pleasant Street, 3rd Floor, New Bedford, Massachusetts, 02740.

A copy of the bid forms to be used can be obtained by email starting on December 18, 2015. Please email a request for the documents to MaryEllen DeFrias at mdefrias@srtabus.com. Any responses to questions, or amendments will only be sent to those who shave requested the RFP.
