SRTA operates demand response service for disabled persons in all 10 communities within SRTA’s service area. To be eligible to ride SRTA’s demand response service you must first fill out an application and have your doctor sign it. If you need to travel with a personal care attendant (PCA) please indicate that on the application. You do not need a photo ID to use this service.

Demand Response Service Hours:
Weekdays – 5:20AM – 10:10PM
Saturdays/Holidays – 6:10AM – 8:05PM
Sundays – 9:00AM to 6:00PM

You can book your trip up to 7 days in advance.
Same day booking is not available.
You must call by 4pm the day before you need transportation to book your trip.

If you experienced a problem with a specific ride, you may wish to file a formal service complaint. All formal complaints are investigated.

10 Ride Pass ($2.50 a trip) $25.00
Trips outside 2 mile radius of fixed route add $1.00
